🐾 Booking Fee (Deposit)

A $25 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward the final service total.

  • The booking fee is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a non-refundable booking fee.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

📅 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 12 hours’ notice.

  • The booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment when proper notice is given.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

💲 Service Payments

The remaining balance for services must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.

  • Once services have been completed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Pricing may vary based on the dog’s size, coat condition (including matting), behavior, and time required.

✂️ Service Adjustments

If additional time or services are required (such as matting or special handling), the client will be notified when possible. Adjusted pricing will be reflected in the final total.

⚠️ Refusal or Discontinuation of Service

Thalia’s Pawsitive Grooming reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to safety, health, or behavioral concerns.

  • In such cases, refunds will be considered at the discretion of the groomer, depending on the circumstances and time spent.

🐕 Health & Safety

No refunds will be issued for services declined due to:

  • Fleas, ticks, or visible infections

  • Lack of required vaccinations

  • Aggressive or unsafe behavior
